Fun Folds in Review:
I learned a number of new-to-me fun folds, and tried many of them out with the Kindest Gnomes bundle and coordinating DSP. While the stamp set and DSP are no longer available, the dies will carry over into the new mini-catalog going live in the beginning of January. There’s a new gnomes set coming out, and it’s wonderful that this stamp set will also coordinate with the Kindest Gnomes dies!
I also found out how easy it is to create dancing gnomes, and an example of that card is included below as well.

The sitting gnome is my husband’s favorite, but he gets a kick out of all of them! You can find the above post here.

Same fold – same post. I found the fold on one of Connie Stewart’s videos. You can see my post for these two cards here.

I thought the gnome with the lantern would be perfect for this simple z-fold card, for which I also used the Scary Cute bundle. You can find that post here.

I needed to create my own background for this challenge. I accomplished this blue panel with shaving cream. You can see that post here.

The dancing gnomes are so! much! fun! They’re also so! easy! You can find the post for these fun little guys here.

Those are some really fun folds! (They can be hard to capture on camera though can’t they?– You did a great job with your photo collages).
Thank you, Joanne. They are very hard to photograph!
What a fun collection of cards and some fabulous “fun folds”! And those gnomes are so cute!!
So glad you joined in the hop this year!

Thanks, Ellie for hosting! It was fun!
Thank you so much! I’m really glad Debbie told me about this hop!
What a great collection of fancy fold cards, which I could get my head around them. I think the most I have managed is a standard box card. Maybe that will change one day. Meanwhile I can admire yours xx
Thanks, Hilary! I promise, if you can trim and score paper, you can do these! The gnomes cards with the snowflake stencils look much more difficult than they are. Connie Stewart is all about simple cards, and that’s just what they are. I hope you’ll try them!
These are wonderful fun folds. Thank you so much for sharing. 🙂
Thank you, Sara. I love fun folds! Right now, I’m all about the twisted easel fun fold.
