Fusion card challenge
The Fusion challenge for this week, as always, is a card sketch or color/greeting combination. I picked the card sketch and was very happy to break out my brand new Colorful Seasons bundle of the stamp set and framelits. I’ve seen so many cards made with this bundle and have been (not so patiently) waiting to be able to order it. I also used the Color Theory DSP in Old Olive, the base is Berry Burst and I used the LAYERED LEAVES DYNAMIC TEXTURED IMPRESSIONS EMBOSSING FOLDER (try saying that 3 times quickly) for dimesion. I used the die set to cut out the tree limb in Soft Suede, and the flowers were cut from Powder Pink and then stamped with the same ink. I punched out tiny circles to go behind the cut out flowers in Fresh Fig to highlight the flower centers. It’s barely noticeable, but it is a detail. I stamped the greeting “just breathe” in Soft Suede. Wrapped the card in SU thick bakers twine and I was done.
