I originally made this card because I wanted to play with my new embossing paste and found that I had a (retired) stencil that matched the pattern on this retired DSP. (Note to self: when finished using the embossing paste, IMMEDIATELY clean up the tools and stencil. Do not let it dry!) I matted the White White base on Tangerine Twist, tore the DSP and glued it to the WW base, added the TT ribbon and created the label pieces. I added two Old Olive enamel shapes and thought ta-da, I’m done. I started looking at the challenges for this week which I haven’t completed and PCC#250 was one of them. I couldn’t believe how I hit the bottom horizontal row without meaning to do so. I popped the enamel shapes off and added jewels instead and now I was really done! Add some sparkle – done, embossing paste – done, clean and simple – done.
