For this week’s challenge, I chose the middle horizontal row of DSP, embossing, and floral. Sounds pretty easy, right? It was more difficult than I thought. I wound up with 2 cards while playing around with this list of 3 requirements. I wound up much happier with this card than the first.
I started with the Sale-a-Bration DSP of Inside the Lines, and then I CASEd another demo (who posted on one of the SU! demo sites on facebook and can’t remember which one or I would give her credit here) and used the splatter stamp from Dragonfly Dreams stamp set in Dapper Denim. I embossed the Dapper Denim base using the Layered Leafs Dynamic TIEF and then sponged some Dapper Denim ink over the embossing to bring out the leaves. Added Happy Birthday from Butterfly Basics using the ovals from Stiched Shapes, wrapped some coordinating ribbon around the card, popped up layers with dimensionals. Surpised myself with a card I want to replicate a few more times.
Here’s my card:

Sue, this is a great card design and so pretty, too. Thanks for joining us at Tic Tac Toe Challenge — it’s nice to have you visit again!
